Hire Feed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for a remote, full-time position. The role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services. Strong client-facing experience is essential to deliver high-impact transactions.

The candidate will conduct analyses (DCF, LBO, comps), prepare materials for client presentations, and collaborate with senior bankers to structure deals in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience, preferably in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel, including advanced formulas and macros.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP standards.
• Experience with pitch book development, client presentations, and deal execution processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Conduct financial analysis including DCF, LBO, and comps for potential transactions.
