Hire Feed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to work remotely. The role demands deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, and deal execution to support advisory services.

You will engage in client-facing activities and coordinate with senior bankers on transactions. The ideal candidate has at least five years in investment banking (M&A, capital markets or corporate finance), strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of GAAP.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in investment banking, preferably M&A, capital markets or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas and macros.
• Experience developing pitch books, client presentations, and deal materials.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Conduct financial analyses, including DCF, LBO, and comps for potential transactions.
• Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other deal-related materials for clients.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, including due diligence and feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to structure deals and negotiate terms.
