Hire Feed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for a Remote role with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services. The position emphasizes client-facing responsibilities and market awareness.

You will conduct analyses (DCF, LBO, comps), prepare pitch books and memoranda, evaluate M&A opportunities, and work with senior bankers to structure and negotiate deals. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP standards.
• Experience with pitch book development, client presentations, and deal execution processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Conduct financial analysis, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis for potential transactions.
