Hire Feed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for a remote, full-time role. The candidate should bring deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services.

Strong client-facing experience and a solid background in investment banking processes are required. Responsibilities include building financial analyses (DCF, LBO, comps), preparing pitch materials, and evaluating M&A opportunities.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience (M&A, capital markets or corporate finance)
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel (advanced formulas/macros)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP

Mansioni

• Conduct financial analysis including DCF, LBO, and comps for potential transactions
• Prepare pitch books, offering memoranda, and other transaction materials for client presentations
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, including due diligence and financial feasibility assessments
• Collaborate with senior bankers to structure deals and negotiate terms with clients
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments
