WIKA Group in Arese, Lombardy, is seeking a commercially oriented technical sales support professional. You will engage with customers remotely, prepare quotations, and assist in pre‑sales to order receipt, while keeping CRM up to date.

You will support the Area Sales Manager, coordinate pricing discussions, and ensure accurate product and customer data handling; English proficiency is required for international interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Technical / Scientific diploma or Technical / Scientific bachelor degree and 2+ years of experience.
• English (written and oral) B2 level as a minimum.
• Aptitude for technical discussions and understanding of product features.
• Interested in frequent interactions with customers, business partners and colleagues.
• Written and verbal communication skills, able to transfer and interpret requests.
• Knowledge of Process and Automation Instrumentation and its Applications is a plus but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Provides remote support to customers on both commercial and technical matters.
• Prepares and issues commercial quotations to customers, collaborating with Area Sales Managers and sales agents where applicable.
• Supports customers during pre-sales activities through to order receipt and assists them in identifying the most suitable technical product requirements.
• Supports the Area Sales Manager in the continuous update and maintenance of the customer database (CRM).
• Monitors quotations and ensures appropriate follow-up activities are carried out.
• Clarifies technical aspects of orders with internal sales specialists and aligns with the Customer Sales Team Leader on pricing, discounts, and margin-related matters.
• Maintains regular contact with WIKA production units to optimize the quotation process, including the opening of Internal Requests when required.
• Supports Area SalesManagers in continuously updating the customer database with information related to prices, discounts, customer master data, product master data, and guidelines.
