Lever, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (German-speaking) based in Italy to support onboarding, employee changes, and HR administration across multiple European countries in a fully remote setup.

The role combines operational execution with customer-focused problem solving in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership, and external partners to deliver consistent HR services.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar client-facing HR role.
• Good working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Ability to balance customer needs, compliance, and business objectives in an international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.

Mansioni

• Provide onboarding and lifecycle support across multiple European countries.
• Answer HR queries and resolve employment-related issues with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific employment requirements and internal processes.
• Identify compliance or operational risks and escalate complex matters.
