BLUSERENA HOTELS & RESORTS is seeking a senior Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate digital growth and strengthen commercial performance. You will translate customer, market and performance insights into strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, direct revenue, retention and loyalty.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communication, you will lead a hands-on team, collaborate with commercial functions, and shape high-impact initiatives across the Group.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or comparable roles.
• Proven experience leading digital marketing strategies, teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial mindset, linking marketing actions to revenue and growth.
• Advanced knowledge of Marketing Automation, CRM and Digital Analytics.
• Solid expertise in customer journeys, CRO, UX and digital conversion optimization.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and external partners.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

• Shape and execute the Group's Digital Marketing & Growth strategy, aligning priorities with revenue and brand objectives.
• Use data to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Develop growth initiatives across channels and customer segments with clear business cases.
• Lead the digital customer journey across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention and loyalty.
• Plan and optimize full-funnel marketing across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display and email.
• Drive direct revenue, ROAS and ROI through testing and budget optimization.
• Manage website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve performance.
• Develop CRM and loyalty initiatives through segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Brand and Ops to translate priorities into actions.
• Build dashboards and forecasts; present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets and external media/partners to ensure quality.
