Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Global Product Manager – Excavation Solutions to drive the strategy and development of our next generation excavator machine control technologies. This is a remote role based in Italy with up to 25% international travel.

You’ll collaborate with international teams, translate customer needs into requirements, and lead product introductions across the lifecycle, shaping how customers worldwide build infrastructure.

Competenze

• Experience in Product Management or a similar strategic role.
• Background in construction technology, machine control, excavation, surveying, heavy equipment, or civil engineering.
• Experience working with customers and distribution networks.
• Strong analytical and business planning skills.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to influence cross-functional international teams.
• A proactive, customer-focused, and innovative mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Topcon's Excavation product portfolio.
• Work closely with customers, dealers, and industry partners to understand market needs and identify new opportunities.
• Act as the key interface between Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and development priorities.
• Lead new product introductions and support products throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Analyze product performance, profitability, and business opportunities.
• Support pricing strategies and portfolio optimization.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery worldwide.
