Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy, invites applications for an Earthmoving & Machine Control Specialist. You will deliver hands-on training and demonstrations on machine control and earthmoving solutions to customers and partners.

You’ll support customers with technical challenges, assist sales and product teams, work with GNSS and positioning technologies, and travel across EMEA up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in machine control, surveying, geomatics, earthmoving, civil construction, or a related technical field.
• A technical degree or diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
• A solid technical foundation and a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
• Good communication skills and an interest in training and customer interaction.
• Very good English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA, potentially up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations on machine control and earthmoving solutions.
• Support customers and dealers with technical and application-related challenges.
• Assist Sales and Product teams with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Work with advanced GNSS, positioning, and construction technologies.
• Collaborate with international teams and visit customer sites across EMEA.
