Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking an Earthmoving & Machine Control Specialist for Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy. The role is hybrid with frequent travel across EMEA; you will train customers on machine control and earthmoving solutions, support dealers, and collaborate with global teams to deploy innovative positioning technologies.

The position requires 2–4 years in related fields, a technical degree, and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

2–4 years of relevant experience in machine control, surveying, geomatics, earthmoving, civil construction, or related field.
A technical degree or diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid technical foundation with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
Good communication skills and an interest in training and customer interaction.
Very good English and Italian.
Willingness to travel across EMEA, potentially up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations on machine control and earthmoving solutions.
Support customers and dealers with technical and application-related challenges.
Assist Sales and Product teams with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Work with advanced GNSS, positioning, and construction technologies.
Collaborate with international teams and visit customer sites across EMEA.
