Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy, seeks a hands-on Earthmoving & Machine Control Specialist. You’ll deliver training and product demonstrations on machine control and earthmoving solutions to customers, dealers and sales teams across EMEA, with travel up to 70%.

You’ll work with GNSS, positioning tech, and collaborate with international teams, visiting customer sites and supporting pre‑ and post‑sales activities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in machine control, surveying, geomatics, earthmoving, civil construction, or related technical field.
• Hands-on, practical problem-solving approach and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA, up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations on machine control and earthmoving solutions.
• Support customers and dealers with technical and application challenges.
• Assist Sales and Product teams with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
