Ingenium: Made in Italy Innovation Platform is seeking a full-time Event Coordinator Specialist to join our international team. You will plan, coordinate and execute high-level events and innovation initiatives, online and in-person, while managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.

You’ll work with clients, brands, startups and speakers, ensuring seamless operations and on-site execution. This role offers 100% remote work with periodic in-person activities in Milano and international travel

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed in Management, Communication, Event Management or related field.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working independently and in an international team.

Mansioni

• Support planning and execution of international events, conferences, workshops, and initiatives, both online and in person.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, materials, registrations and other operational aspects.
• Assist on-site management, ensuring activities and schedules run smoothly.
• Manage day-to-day communications with clients, brands, startups, speakers, partners and venues.
• Support invitations, follow-ups, attendee communications and speaker coordination.
