Ingenium, a fast-growing, fully remote boutique advisory firm focused on Made in Italy fashion and innovation, seeks a full-time Event Coordinator Specialist to join our international team. You will plan, coordinate, and execute high-level events and innovation initiatives, online and in-person, across global hubs.

• You will work closely with the team, partners, speakers, clients, and venues to ensure that every event is planned and executed smoothly.

• Event Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of international events, conferences, workshops, and innovation initiatives, both online and in person.
• Event Operations: Coordinate logistics, timelines, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, materials, registrations, and other operational aspects required for successful events.
• On-the-Ground Management: Support and coordinate event execution on site, ensuring that activities, schedules, speakers, guests, and partners are properly managed throughout the event.
