Ingenium: Made in Italy Innovation Platform is seeking a proactive Event Coordinator Specialist to join its international team. This full-time, 100% remote role supports planning, coordination, and execution of high-level events and innovation initiatives across fashion and luxury sectors.

You will work with clients, speakers, venues, and partners, ensuring on-time delivery, smooth on-site management, and clear communications before, during, and after events, with occasional travel to Milan and

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed in related field.
• Experience in event organization or coordination.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Mansioni

• Plan and coordinate international events, online and in person.
• Handle logistics, timelines, venues, suppliers, speakers, registrations.
• Coordinate on-ground event execution and stakeholder communications.
• Manage event communications before, during, after.
• Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Prepare event materials using Google Suite.
• Support post-event reporting and follow-ups.
• Organize workshops and initiatives connecting fashion, luxury, tech.
