PeoItaly is seeking a data-driven Head of Marketing to lead CRM, social, influencer marketing and admissions in a fully remote, international setting across Europe. The role combines strategy, analytics and hands-on execution with ownership of the marketing function.

You will own KPIs, measurement, and a small team, while ensuring data-backed growth and performance across channels, with HubSpot-based operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Experience in CRM, performance or data-driven B2C marketing.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience including reporting and automation.
• Ability to analyze funnel performance and ROI.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business and admissions objectives.
• Connect CRM, social, influencer and admissions activities around shared targets and KPIs.
• Own marketing measurement, reporting and attribution across the customer journey.
• Analyse acquisition, conversion, channel performance and ROI and translate insights into clear actions.
• Optimise HubSpot, including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, automation, lead management, reporting and data quality.
• Manage and develop a small team of marketing specialists, setting clear priorities, ownership and targets.
• Build scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks and repeatable marketing processes.
• Work closely with admissions and other internal teams to ensure marketing activity translates into measurable business results.
