Prada Group in Italy is seeking a dedicated events coordinator to support the Image Events team in planning, coordination and execution of events and brand activations, contributing to the Group’s worldwide image.

You will assist with day-to-day organisation, supplier onboarding, invoices, presentations and cross-functional coordination, working with a creative, international team. A degree in Communications or related fields and fluent English are required; strong MS Office skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

Mansioni

• Supporting the day-to-day organization and coordination of events and brand activations.
• Assisting with administrative activities related to event management, including POs, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Assisting in the coordination of agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Supporting guest management and event logistics when required.
• Coordinating translations and managing internal documentation and graphic archives.
• Maintaining and updating team tools, including event calendars, budget trackers and project files.
• Assisting in the organization of meetings and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders.
