Prada Group in Milan is seeking an Events Assistant to join the Image Events team. You will support planning, coordination and execution of events and brand activations worldwide, contributing to initiatives that enhance the Group’s brand image.

The role involves day-to-day event organization, vendor management, presentations, guest coordination and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams. Proactivity and strong English are essential in this luxury environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

Mansioni

• Supporting the day-to-day organization and coordination of events and brand activations.
• Assisting with administrative activities related to event management, including POs, invoice tracking, supplier onboarding and archive management.
• Supporting the preparation of presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Assisting in the coordination of agencies, suppliers and external partners.
• Supporting guest management and event logistics when required.
• Coordinating translations and managing internal documentation and graphic archives.
• Maintaining and updating team tools, including event calendars, budget trackers and project files.
• Assisting in the organization of meetings and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders.
