Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator based in Italy for a remote, part-time contractor role (approximately 10–15 hours per week). You will coordinate campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO tasks, and marketing collateral while liaising with clients, designers, and developers.

Flexible hours with overlap to US Eastern time are required. Ideal candidates have experience in digital marketing coordination, strong English communication, and familiarity with WordPress,

Competenze

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar roles.
• Strong written English and professional communication.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with SEO tools.
• Working experience with WordPress.

Mansioni

• Build, format, schedule, and QA email campaigns with segmentation and reports.
• Coordinate social media publishing using content calendars.
• Research local advertising and outreach opportunities and track responses.
• Execute basic on-page and local SEO activities and report monthly SEO data.
• Review design/development work against briefs and track deadlines.
• Support creation and formatting of marketing collateral and assets.
• Prepare recurring marketing reports and client snapshots.
• Maintain marketing calendars and tracking documents.
• Communicate proactively with owners, clients, vendors, and partners.
