Jujur.eu is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to join our team. This remote, 100% self-employed role offers commission-based earnings tied to successful candidate placements. You will hunter for top talent across multilingual BPO markets and manage the full cycle from sourcing to interview coordination.

You will work remotely from anywhere, building a robust candidate pipeline and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining up-to-date profiles in our ATS.

Competenze

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Experience recruiting internationally, sourcing multilingual candidates for Europe, especially BPO roles.
• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently.
• Excellent time management, responsiveness and organizational skills.
• Own sourcing strategies and network to build candidate pools.

Mansioni

• Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications and fit for roles.
• Coordinate with Jujur.eu team to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates and build relationships for future opportunities.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and keep ATS profiles updated.
