Cross Border Talents is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to partner with a global client network and manage recruitment projects end-to-end. You will source, screen, and place candidates across multiple markets while maintaining professional communication throughout the hiring process.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to collaborate with an international network of recruiting professionals, delivering results for diverse markets while working independently.
