Chora seeks a highly autonomous Freelance Operations & Project Manager to support client delivery and internal initiatives. You will collaborate with the CEO, project owners and management to plan, coordinate and execute projects across the group.

You will help translate business priorities into concrete execution plans, manage multiple projects, and drive process improvements while maintaining flexibility in a largely remote setup with occasional meetings in Milan.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, delivery or operations.
• Independent, hands-on professional who can coordinate stakeholders.
• Experience with digital/AI/software/delivery projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage client and internal projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, deliverables and stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, clients, suppliers and partners.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare plans, reports and operating frameworks; improve workflows.
