Job summary

Pillar, a Milan‑based startup reinventing construction with an all‑in‑one platform, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own Google Ads and lead generation, driving qualified pipeline across markets.

You will collaborate with Growth, Brand, SDRs, and Sales to optimize campaigns, measure impact, and scale in Europe. Native Italian and fluent English are required; 3–5 years in Google Ads with CRM integration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Google Ads management with data-driven approach (in-house or agency).
• Experience in lead generation with a sales team behind it.
• Practical experience with offline conversions imports or enhanced conversions via a CRM.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads end-to-end: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, plus Microsoft Ads.
• Turn conversion data into growth: connect campaigns to qualified leads and meetings.
• Capture demand at the right moment: build campaigns around regulatory changes, price lists, events.
• Build effective funnels with landing pages and tracking to create qualified opportunities.
• Optimize post-click experience with frontend collaboration to improve mobile conversions.
• Scale across markets by managing Spain account and creating repeatable acquisition playbooks.
• Make every euro count by monitoring weekly performance and ROI.
