Jobgether is partnering with an international team to hire a DevOps Customer Support Engineer based in Italy. This fully remote position focuses on helping customers troubleshoot complex infrastructure challenges across SaaS and self-hosted deployments, with emphasis on IaC, policy, networking, and secure workflows.

You will investigate issues, guide customers through technical configurations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve usability and the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience with DevOps technologies including IaC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker or related tools.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Linux experience and ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support across multiple channels (Slack, email, tickets, calls).
• Investigate and reproduce customer issues using logs and traces to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot SaaS and self-hosted deployments, including policies, networking, and TLS issues.
• Analyze IaC behavior (Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt) and explain policy-driven platform behavior.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reproduce test cases and compare expected vs. actual behavior.
• Manage multiple complex cases with timely responses and prioritization.
• Communicate incidents and platform updates clearly to customers.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements.
