Jobgether seeks a detail-oriented onboarding specialist to guide new business partners through the full onboarding journey in the fintech/crypto space. You will coordinate with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure timely, accurate onboarding and a strong first impression.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer onboarding, support, or similar role.
• Attention to detail with document review and record keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain processes clearly.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities; meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM, document management, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new business partners as the main contact through the process.
• Collect KYC and ownership details per compliance standards.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy; follow up gaps.
• Maintain partner data in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Compliance to coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Track progress of onboarding cases and inform stakeholders.
