Cytiva, Italy-based in the Biotechnology and life sciences sector, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair systems. The position is remote in Italy with regional travel required.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and English skills are essential. The role includes stock/work order management, client representation, and involvement in revenue programs.

Competenze

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting
• English is required
• Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site
• Manage own stock and work orders
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs
