Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair equipment, while promoting service contracts and identifying growth opportunities. This role is based in Italy with remote work options and extensive travel.

The successful candidate will join the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team. The position requires regional travel up to 70%, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and English language proficiency.

Competenze

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field/service role.
• English required and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Mansioni

• Represent Cytiva to clients at their sites.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and support revenue programs.
