Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, troubleshoot, and repair equipment within Italy, preferably Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany. This role is fully remote with extensive travel across the territory.

You will represent Cytiva to clients, plan service activities, manage stock and work orders, and participate in revenue initiatives. A biomedical/electrical/computer engineering background and 2+ years of experience are

Competenze

• Bachelor level degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Computer, Electronic or Automation engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills with troubleshooting experience.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel up to 70%.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customers site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with revenue programs.
