Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair equipment, while promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. The role covers Italy, preferably Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany and is fully remote.

Essentials include a degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Automation Engineering, at least 2 years in a similar role, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and fluency in English, with 70% travel and overnight stays

Competenze

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting.
• English is required.
• Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customers site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
