Cytiva's Field Service Engineer role is based in Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany) and will be fully remote with up to 70% travel. You will install and qualify equipment, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate, troubleshoot, and promote service contracts.

Ideal candidates have a biomedical/electrical/automation background with at least 2 years in a similar role, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Education: Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting.
• English is required and travel up to 70%.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customers site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting revenue programs.
