Cytiva’s Field Service Engineer role is based in Italy (Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany) and will be fully remote. The position involves installation, qualification, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and promoting service contracts to drive the company’s growth in life sciences and biopharma equipment services.

The role requires a biomedical/engineering education, 2+ years in a similar role, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and willingness to travel up to 70% within the

Competenze

Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
English is required.

Mansioni

Represent the company to our clients.
Plan and execute service activities at the customer site.
Manage own stock and work orders.
Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
