Job summary

EDAG Group in Genova is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our automotive engineering team and contribute to software for ECUs. We welcome applications from junior and experienced candidates alike.

You will develop embedded C software for automotive applications, configure AUTOSAR components and basic software layers, and integrate MATLAB/Simulink models with hand-written C code. Responsibilities include software testing, debugging, integration on target hardware, and close

Qualifications

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Knowledge of C programming.
Experience or interest in embedded systems and software development.
Knowledge of microcontrollers and electronic systems.
Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or AUTOSAR is a plus.
Motivation to learn, curiosity and proactive problem solving.
Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support development and maintenance of embedded C software for automotive applications.
Contribute to the configuration of AUTOSAR software components and basic software layers.
Support the integration of software generated with MATLAB/Simulink with hand-written C code.
Participate in software testing, debugging and troubleshooting activities.
Support software integration and testing on target hardware.
Work closely with experienced engineers and other technical teams.
