Job summary

EDAG Italia seeks an Electronics Test Engineer to join its Electrics/Electronics division in Italy. You will test an infotainment control unit, develop tests, automate setup, and analyze results on bench or vehicle, ensuring robust diagnostics and connectivity.

The role requires experience in automotive electronics testing, proficiency with CANalyzer/CAPL, and fluency in Italian and English. The compensation includes a permanent contract, remote-working agreements, and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, informatics or IT-related engineering.
Experience in electrics/electronics testing, ideally automotive.
Solid knowledge of CANalyzer and CAPL; familiarity with CAN/LIN/Ethernet bus systems.
Familiarity with communication technologies and wireless standards; AWS knowledge is a plus.
Strong passion for automotive, electronics and innovation.
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).

Test specification: Writing test documentation and test cases.
Test preparation and automation: configuring test setup and developing automated routines.
Test execution and analysis: running tests on bench or vehicle, analyzing results.
Test reporting: preparing reports and managing issues in tracking tools.
