David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing consumer AI company to onboard a Junior Performance Marketer focused on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels. The role is remote (Europe CET+3 max) and offered as a B2B engagement with potential to manage larger budgets and work closely with the CMO.

You will launch, test and optimise campaigns, analyse CAC/ROAS, and translate findings into concrete actions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Experience launching and optimising campaigns.
• Strong ability to analyse CAC and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer advertising platforms
• Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and performance
• Test audiences, creatives and strategies to improve results
• Monitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimisation
• Analyse performance data and translate findings into concrete actions
• Take ownership of campaigns and communicate contributions and results
• Work towards independently managing larger budgets
