Precis Digital is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead one or more channels, driving flawless execution and data-driven optimisations. You will analyse performance, test strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

You will work with platform reps and internal teams to stay ahead of features and best practices, mentoring juniors along the way. The role requires 3–6 years in digital marketing, strong analytics with GA4, and fluency in Italian and English, plus EU work

Competenze

• 3-6 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in a key marketing channel (paid social or search) or cross-channel experience.
• Strong analytical skills (GA4) with the ability to analyse data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with AI tools and their applications in media for planning, optimisation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with a commercially driven, proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly.

• Lead the tactical and operational management of one or more digital marketing channels, ensuring flawless campaign execution from setup to optimisation and detailed performance analysis.
• Direct advanced testing and optimisation initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and meet client KPIs.
• Conduct in-depth channel analyses to identify opportunities for better visibility and performance.
• Advocate for and integrate innovative tools and technologies to boost efficiency and results.
• Provide clients with concise, data-driven recommendations to drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with platform reps and internal teams to apply new features and best practices for client success.
• Promote a collaborative environment, mentoring junior specialists and sharing channel insights across teams.
