Precis is seeking a data-driven marketing professional to lead tactical and operational management of digital channels from setup to optimisation. You will run advanced testing, conduct channel analyses and deliver data-driven recommendations to clients.

The role emphasizes strong analytics (GA4), AI tooling in media, and a consultative, commercially aware approach with teams across Europe. Fluency in Italian and English is preferred, with EU work rights.

Competenze

• 3-6 years of digital marketing experience or close equivalent.
• Hands-on in one key channel (paid social or search) or strong cross-channel experience.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4; able to crunch data and derive actions.
• Familiar with AI tools and their use in media planning and optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships proactively and commercially.
• Skilled in testing tactics to uncover innovative solutions and improve results.
• Solid project management, ownership and accountability under pressure.
• Excellent communication for presentations and collaboration.
