• Experienced in solution architecture or digital consulting.

• Lead the technical solutioning of HMAX Energy opportunities and act as solution expert for the portfolio.
• Define and implement sales and marketing activities within the defined industry segment to grow market metrics.
• Provide integrated, customer-centric solutions combining digital technologies, services, and HMAX Energy offerings.
• Enable Hub and Country organizations through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Develop a market-based approach including direct, third-party and project sales while building customer relationships to pursue opportunities.
