Deel is seeking a DevSecOps Team Lead to bridge Security, Operations, and Engineering. You will lead a team of engineers to build a 'Security-as-Code' ecosystem, enabling faster, safer software delivery with automated guardrails and self-service tools.

You will own the DevSecOps strategy, drive a multi-quarter roadmap, and partner with Engineering and Product leads to bake security into product discovery. Strong cloud security, Kubernetes, and leadership experience are essential.

Competenze

• 6+ years in Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager).
• Proven track record of scaling security practices in a cloud-native, high-growth environment.
• Automation & IaC experience with Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and CI/CD platforms.

Mansioni

• Lead DevSecOps team and define strategy.
• Own multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on security requirements from discovery to delivery.
• Oversee secure cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes governance.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and security tooling.
• Define and track KPIs (MTTR, burn-down, false positives).
• Respond to incidents and lead blameless post-mortems.
