Deel is seeking a DevSecOps Team Lead to bridge Security, Operations, and Engineering. You will lead a team delivering a Security-as-Code ecosystem, providing guardrails, self-service tools, and architectural guidance to accelerate secure software delivery.

You will define strategy, manage budgets with vendors, and drive security governance across AWS/Azure/GCP and Kubernetes environments. Join a fast-growing SaaS leader shaping the future of global work.

Competenze

• 6+ years in Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity (Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager).
• Proven track record of scaling security practices in a cloud-native, high-growth environment.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DevSecOps engineers with performance reviews and career development.
• Define the DevSecOps strategy and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals.
