Docebois seeking a Senior Security Engineer to secure our AWS cloud infrastructure and drive cloud security controls across multiple layers. You will work with Cloud Infrastructure, Engineering, and security teams, designing, implementing, and improving security measures in a high-ownership role.

You’ll use your AWS expertise, IaC and CI/CD security experience, and incident response skills to reduce risk and protect Docebo’s platform and customers.

Competenze

• 5+ years of cybersecurity work with focus on cloud security in production AWS environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS security services: IAM, SCPs, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Config, KMS, VPC security, etc.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes security: RBAC, pod security standards, network policies, admission controllers.
• Experience with CSPM and CWPP/CNAPP tools.
• Experience securing IaC pipelines (Terraform, CloudFormation) and integrating security into CI/CD.

Mansioni

• Own the security posture of Docebo’s AWS environments and enforce secure configurations across multi-account setups.
• Integrate security controls into IaC workflows and CI/CD pipelines with a shift-left mindset.
• Lead on-call rotation for security incidents and produce post-mortems.
• Build and maintain cloud threat detection using CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and SIEM integrations.
