Docebo is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own and elevate the security posture of its AWS cloud platform. You will collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, Operations, and Engineering to implement scalable controls across IAM, SCPs, guardrails, and IaC pipelines.

In this hybrid role, you’ll join a global team, participate in on-call rotations, and drive secure-by-default practices, threat detection, incident response readiness, and secure software supply chain initiatives.

Competenze

• 5+ years securing large AWS environments with IAM, SCPs, and KMS.
• Hands-on with Terraform/CloudFormation and CI/CD security.
• Experience with threat detection and incident response.

Mansioni

• Own the security posture of Docebo's AWS environments and define guardrails.
• Integrate security controls into IaC workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop cloud-native threat detection and participate in on-call rotations.
• Manage vulnerabilities and implement least privilege principles.
• Collaborate to promote security best practices across teams.
