Deel is building a scalable backend platform and is seeking a Tech Lead with deep backend and database expertise. You will design scalable data systems, own architectural decisions across data, services, and system boundaries, and lead through influence.

You’ll work with product to drive business outcomes, ensure reliability under real-world load, and mentor engineers to deliver impact at scale. This role offers remote work with international scope and competitive compensation.

Competenze

• Deep Database Expertise (Critical)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
• Experience with: Query optimization
• Indexing strategies
