Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd in Italy seeks a Development Manager to define and implement the nationwide development strategy for utility-scale BESS and solar projects. You will oversee the development pipeline, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and drive projects from feasibility to Ready to Build while meeting timelines and budgets.

The role requires leadership, regulatory know-how, and strong negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in project development within the energy sector, specifically in utility-scale BESS & photovoltaic projects.
• Solid experience in team work and leadership, with a strong focus on performance optimization.
• Experience in project budget management, financial supervision, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of the local regulatory framework and administrative processes related to land use and environmental permitting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects from feasibility phase to permitting completion, ensuring adherence to milestones and scheduled timelines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian and English.
