Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in project development within the energy sector, specifically in utility-scale BESS & photovoltaic projects.
• Solid experience in team work and leadership, with a strong focus on performance optimization.
• Experience in project budget management, financial supervision, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of the local regulatory framework and administrative processes related to land use and environmental permitting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead large-scale projects from feasibility phase to permitting completion, ensuring adherence to milestones and scheduled timelines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the development strategy for utility-scale projects across the country.
• Define and manage the development roadmap, identifying new business opportunities in line with corporate goals.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate land acquisition and permitting processes.
• Oversee feasibility studies and manage the permitting process for new projects.
• Provide regular updates on progress and expected timelines to senior management.
• Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and market developments impacting development strategy.
• Support financing dossiers and manage the project pipeline from development to commissioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure project financing and ensure project execution.
