The Italian headquarters of Sungrow Renewables Development Co., Ltd is located in Milan. The Development Manager role can be performed mainly remotely, with periodic visits to Milan, reporting to the Country Manager.

You will define and implement the development strategy for utility-scale BESS and solar projects nationwide, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve milestones. You will lead budgeting, regulatory compliance, and negotiations with authorities and landowners,

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in energy project development, specifically utility-scale BESS and photovoltaic projects.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with a track record of performance optimization.
• Experience in budget management, financial oversight, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks for land use and environmental permitting.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead projects from feasibility to permitting and meet milestones.
