respond.io is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through live setup, channel integration, and AI automation configuration. You will ensure customers derive maximum value and measurable results after signup.

The role focuses on onboarding in a B2B SaaS environment, working with international clients, and driving successful outcomes with proactive customer success practices.

Competenze

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS onboarding, implementation or customer success.
• Experience with international clients and global accounts.
• Strong listening and communication skills to translate customer needs into goals.
• Ability to discuss APIs, webhooks and integrations clearly.

• Collaborate with customers to understand goals and maximize value of Respond.io.
• Translate problems into clear, result-driven goals and demonstrate platform value.
• Guide customers through onboarding for a positive, smooth experience.
• Assist in setting up channels, AI Agents and automations to handle leads.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and platform usage to drive retention.
• Identify growth opportunities by leveraging product capabilities with Sales and CS teams.
