Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join a Dublin team with relocation support. The role blends onboarding, partner success, and data-driven growth across an outsourced sales environment.

Hybrid work from Dublin is provided, with base salary plus bonus. 2 years of relevant experience and CRM proficiency are preferred to drive pipeline growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Italian native or fluent (C1) with strong written and spoken skills.
• 1–2 years in account management, partner support, or related roles.
• Record of surpassing goals and targets in sales or success.
• Experience with online marketplaces or SaaS is a plus.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of leads or book of business.
• CRM proficiency for leads and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytics to interpret data for decisions.
• Good time management and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with strategic and tactical work in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partner relationships within the territory.
• Manage accounts directly to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Analyze data to uncover opportunities and drive growth.
• Onboard new suppliers within the assigned region.
• Support clients with technical integrations to ensure success.
