Assetara Limited is recruiting for an outbound outreach role focused on sourcing fresh leads, cold calling, and qualifying investors for our crypto-fintech platform. You will log all interactions in Zoho CRM and drive meetings/registrations through multi-channel follow-ups, including WhatsApp.

We offer a performance-based compensation plan with a base retainer and commission tiers, plus expense compensation upon KPI achievement. Global remote/in-office setup available.

Competenze

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to independently source potential client contacts from social networks.
• Experience with outbound call centers, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.

Mansioni

• Outbound sourcing of fresh lead databases from open sources.
• High-volume outbound calling campaigns (50–120 dials/day).
• Lead qualification and booking meetings/registrations.
• CRM logging of interactions in Zoho CRM daily.
• WhatsApp-based link attribution for registrations.
• Meet KPI targets (e.g., 300 valid 1-minute conversations/month).
