Assetara Limited seeks a Client Relationship & Support Specialist to join our Palermo-based team, working remotely through the Assetara platform. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional, concierge-level account assistance and ensuring accurate, timely communication within approved tools.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through platform navigation, managing CRM notes, monitoring SLA compliance, and escalating issues per compliance rules.

Mansioni

• Client Communication: Provide professional, warm, accurate, and concise communication exclusively within the official Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Concierge Support: Deliver scheduled client calls, review portfolio context in advance, and assist clients with platform navigation while adhering to compliance limits.
• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes within the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries and escalate per rules.
