Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout for a full-time remote role. You will actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our AI-fintech ecosystem, presenting opportunities professionally.

The position involves direct sourcing, outreach, and 15–20 minute screening calls via Zoom or Google Meet, with daily first-stage interviews and careful pipeline management. Remote work with an uncapped commission complements the base pay.

Competenze

• Clear, charismatic communication with objections handling.
• Proficient with Zoom/Google Meet and basic tracking sheets.
• English writing and speaking at a basic–intermediate level for reporting.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Source potential candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, networks, and job boards.
• Initiate professional outreach; present Assetara opportunity and answer questions.
• Conduct 15–20 minute first‑stage interviews via Zoom/Google Meet.
• Schedule 2–3 first-stage interviews daily, depending on candidate availability.
• Maintain candidate records in simple tracking sheets and refer qualified candidates to Regional Manager.
• Follow company policies, privacy requirements, and recruitment practices.
