Assetara Limited is seeking a proactive outbound professional to source leads, conduct outbound calls, and qualify potential investors for a fintech ticket. You will log all activity in Zoho CRM and drive multi-channel follow-ups, including WhatsApp link sharing to secure registrations.

The role emphasizes performance and KPI-based bonuses with a transparent commission structure and a base retainer as described in the compensation plan. Remote work across global markets is supported.

Competenze

3+ months of proven experience in outbound call centers, cold calling, or telemarketing.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to independently find and extract potential client contacts from social media and online networks.
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Zoho CRM) and reliable remote work setup.
Highly self-motivated, agile, thick-skinned against rejection, and driven by building long-term network commission pipelines.
