Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, service, and support digital products for medical systems. The role can be remote with Italy/Spain focus and occasional travel to meet service commitments.

You will troubleshoot software and hardware, ensure warranty obligations, and collaborate with Field Engineers across markets. Remote setup and on-site work as required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of field service experience with medical systems preferred.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting medical software systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills – English and Italian/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify remote connection and system installation.
• Perform on-premise or cloud-based installations and server/network configurations.
• Provide technical support to customers and Intuitive employees.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and configurations.
